Veracross Parent Portal
Lakeland Christian School has moved FACTS/RenWeb to Veracross. This new school management system features a Parent Portal, which will serve as your go-to hub for staying informed. Everything you need to know will be accessible in one convenient location — calendars, lunch menu, assignments and grades, student schedules, etc.
One feature of the Parent Portal is a “My Messages” page that serves as a designated inbox for all emails that come from the school. You will still receive these messages in your own personal email, but this Veracross inbox will keep all school emails in one place for 90 days.
If you need assistance accessing the Veracross Parent Portal, please email helpdesk@546qc.com. This will be the most direct resource to assist you.

There are three calendars within Veracross: the Household Calendar, the Master School Calendar and the Athletics Calendar.
- The one you will primarily use is called your Household Calendar, and can be accessed by clicking the My Calendar tab at the top of your screen. This calendar is built off of the School Calendar, including camps and holidays, as well as athletic events and important dates that are related to you.
- The second calendar is the Master School Calendar, which includes every important date and schoolwide event. This calendar does not include athletic events, but does include performances, concerts, and field trips. This calendar can be found under School Links on your homepage.
- The third and final calendar is the Athletic Calendar, which can be found under School Links directly next to the Master School Calendar. The Athletic Calendar includes all games and athletic competitions for the Middle and Upper Schools.
- You can subscribe to school calendars by clicking on the Calendar Subscriptions tab at the top right of your homepage. This will take you to a page where you can opt-in to various calendars, broken up into My Calendars and School Calendars. Once you find a calendar that you want to subscribe to, click the Subscribe button on the right side, which will then open your device’s default calendar.
- If you wish to use Google Calendar instead of your default calendar, click the Subscribe Using Google Calendar button and then repeat the steps above.
If your child missed school or is going to miss school, you can submit a Student Attendance Change. You can access this page by scrolling down under the MyHousehold section on the parent portal and clicking on the Student Attendance Changes button. This will open a page where you can select which child will be missing school, what day they will be missing, and for how long. Make sure to fill out each section as they appear and submit once the form is completed.
To view your student’s class schedule, click on the Classes & Reports button underneath their name. This will take you to their Student Overview page, which lists all active classes, their grades, schedule, and attendance reports. To view your student’s assignments and lesson plans, click on the Assignments button underneath their name. Clicking on an item will display its description and provide you with a link to the full lesson plan.
To view your student’s grades, click on their Classes & Reports, which will take you to their Student Overview page. From here, you can view each of their classes, what their overall grade is, and what they got in individual assignments, tests, or quizzes.
